Arts and culture, that's my world! I've always loved the arts, and I've been creating and promoting arts-related projects since I was a pre-teen. In my early years, I honed my design skills with projects like self-published magazines, art portfolio websites, and posters for bands or art shows that my friends and I were in.

Now, as a professional graphic designer, I work primarily with clients in the arts-and-culture realm, because that's what I love. It makes me happy to help other creative people connect with their fans and clients.

I also stay busy with plenty of my own projects. I'm currently in the final stages of revising my first novel, and I also write and illustrate a tiny booklet of tiny stories called Pinch.

I also make the design process as easy as possible, because I know you've already got a full plate. I'm easy to reach and always stick with the timeline we set out together. You'll never face the frustration of not knowing what's happening with your design, because we stay connected throughout the process. It's easy!

my approach to web design

Ahh, the web. It can be a messy place – there are so many unique technical concerns and things that can go wrong. But since I've been making websites since the 90s, I know how to make it all work. (I'm not just an artist – I'm also a computer nerd. Surprise!)

I bug-check websites extensively to make sure that they work on all major browsers and computer platforms (Ever been to a site that just didn't work? Not enough bug checking!)

I also follow the "three-click rule" to keep sites user-friendly – if you can't find what you want within three clicks, it's not user-friendly.

And last but not least, I hand-write my custom-coded websites in impeccable code. Google loves this! I've gotten several of my clients to the first page of Google search results. Victory!
